RMS connects to the Trucksavvy.com Knowledge Base. It is free to all members to share the "why, where, and how to" that makes working with any type of vehicle a challenge for some and easy for others. Membership is extended to maintenance personnel, manufacturers, service reps, and any other individual willing to contribute meaningful and beneficial information. All members are always part of two groups. Those that ask questions and those that are willing to provide answers or comments.
How it works is simple. When you register and become a member you can login and go to "My Account" on the menu bar. Once inside your account click on "Watched Knowledge Base" and select any section that you would like to be notified by e-mail when a new post has been added. It's entirely up to you if you elect to click on the link supplied in the notification e-mail to view the post and provide an answer or comment. Of course you can always browse the forums and read what is posted without any obligations.
Our goal and desire is to have persons with knowledge about the forum subject willing to share that knowledge with persons looking for answers.
We also welcome any new ideas for Knowledge Base topics.
Over time, we will develop a knowledge base, combining tacit and explicit knowledge, that will provide beneficial answers and comments for members to use in repairing, maintaining and managing vehicles.
